Hydro Graphics Inc. (HGI) is a TWN Certified Process facility with a Master Decorator’s License. HGI employs production operators that are professionally trained by representatives that manufacture and distribute both the equipment and the materials used in the water transfer process.

HydroSkin® technology is the trademark name for the system that HGI has developed to take the basic hydrographic water transfer printing process and design a particular system around a product or industry. HydroSkin® technology is currently the only system that is approved for use on football helmets for the use in the NCAA. The HydroSkin® system provides maximum durability and performance without affecting the integrity of the substrate therefore it does not harm the helmet’s ability to protect the player.

HGI is proud to have the most versatile processing equipment that is available in the industry. We have a 3 meter electronically controlled static tank with an automated processing arm. We also have three 2 meter and one 1 meter electronically controlled static tanks that not only allow us added capacity but the flexibility to run multiple projects at the same time.

Our paint department has four 20 foot spray booths, one 12 foot spray booth and an automated molding coating system.
