Everything old is new again is the theme for Ohio State in 2012. For the Buckeyes latest match-up against long their long time rival the Michigan Wolverines, Ohio State has released an all new helmet from HGI based off their classic design.

The long standing tradition of the Buckeye's helmet has been a classic silver panel with black, white and red stripes. HGI has taken this to an all new level with a satin HydroChrome™ finish on the sides, and a bright red HydroChrome™ center stripe that continues to push forward. The combination of these exciting new processes has given a new look to an old rivalry while creating a new tradition of HGI and Ohio State working together for new helmet designs. The Maryland Terrapins have just announced a completely new look for the 2012 football season by Under Armor with a HydroSkin® helmet finished by HGI.

The polar opposite of the "White OPS" helmet released earlier in the season, "Black OPS" takes the monochrome look and gives it a sinister new twist. The helmet features the Maryland flag pattern over the helmet divided in two and subset with a black and grey HydroSkin® finish for a completely new take on a classic look. While everything is bigger in Texas, some teams prefer to be bolder. Texas A&M has just announced a brand new helmet with a completely new look for the 2012 season.

This new helmet features the Texas A&M state logo on the side in white contrasted against a black to maroon fade HydroSkin® base. The sleek new look continues onto the facemask with pearlescent finishes throughout. This gives the helmet a near HydroChrome finish without the 100% reflectivity for a radical new design. Never content with a singular look. The Maryland Terrapins and Under Armor have unveiled the latest version of their classic "Maryland Pride" uniforms for the 2012 season.

These uniforms feature the same HydroSkin® Maryland Pride helmet finished by HGI, while the rest of the uniform has seen a complete makeover. Black Under Armor jersey with helmet-matching shoulderpads, along with all new shoes and gloves give this team a very distinct look that is sure to impress.
